Technology Systems Design Consultant
Develop coordinated technology infrastructure designs from early planning through construction documents, with particular emphasis on structured cabling, telecommunications spaces, pathways, and connected building systems.
- Structured cabling and telecommunications system design
- MDF/IDF room layouts, racks, pathways, grounding, and infrastructure coordination
- Technology device plans, risers, schedules, details, and specifications
- Coordination with architecture, electrical, mechanical, civil, and owner teams
- Design development, constructability review, and disciplined QA/QC
- Clear responses to design comments, RFIs, and project coordination issues
Security Design Consultant
Translate operational security requirements into coordinated security-system designs that are technically sound, constructible, and easy for owners, architects, contractors, and integrators to understand and execute.
- Access control system planning, door-device coordination, and security architecture
- Video surveillance coverage, camera placement, and system design
- Intrusion detection, duress, intercom, and related security-system coordination
